All content on AIR Homoeo including study modules, flashcards, MCQ banks, test series, explanations, and notes is the exclusive intellectual property of AIR Homoeo. You may not screenshot, record, download, reproduce, redistribute, resell, or share any part of our content in any form or through any medium. Unauthorized use of our content will result in immediate account termination and may attract legal action under applicable intellectual property laws.

Your subscription is strictly for personal, individual use. Sharing your login credentials with any other person is prohibited. Each account is meant for one user only. If we detect simultaneous logins, credential sharing, or any activity suggesting multi-user access, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice and without any refund.

Access to our platform is granted for the duration of the subscription plan you have purchased. Your access will automatically end upon expiry of the subscription period. There is no auto-renewal. AIR Homoeo is not liable for any compensation for unused days within your subscription period, regardless of the reason for non-use.

Subscriptions purchased on AIR Homoeo are non-transferable. You may not transfer, assign, or sell your account or subscription to any other individual or entity under any circumstances.

AIR Homoeo strives to maintain uninterrupted access to its platform. However, we do not guarantee that our services will be available at all times. Access may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, server downtime, or circumstances beyond our control including force majeure events. AIR Homoeo will not be held liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from such interruptions.

AIR Homoeo provides preparation materials and mock tests created by subject matter experts. However, we do not guarantee or take responsibility for achieving any particular all-India rank or securing admission to specific colleges. Success in examinations depends entirely on individual effort and preparation.

Payments on AIR Homoeo are processed through third-party payment gateways. We are not responsible for any payment failures, transaction errors, delays, or data handling practices of these third-party processors. Any payment-related disputes must be raised directly with the respective payment gateway. Successful payment confirmation is required before access to our services is granted.

AIR Homoeo reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tamil Nadu, India.

You may opt out of promotional communications at any time by contacting us directly, though transactional messages related to your account will continue.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your personal login information and ensuring that others do not gain unauthorized access to your account or subscription materials. We recommend using a strong, unique password and not sharing your credentials with anyone.

Subscription fees paid to AIR Homoeo are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. Once you have subscribed to any of our plans, we cannot process refunds regardless of the reason including but not limited to change of mind, lack of usage, technical difficulties on the user's end, or any other personal circumstance.

This no-refund policy applies to all subscription packages offered on AIR Homoeo including APEX, ATMOS, and AEROLITE plans, as well as any other products, add-ons, or services purchased through our platform. No exceptions will be made regardless of the duration of the plan or the amount paid.

In the event of a payment failure where an amount is deducted from your account but access is not granted, please contact us immediately at airhomoeo@gmail.com with your payment reference number. Such cases will be reviewed and resolved on a case-by-case basis. This does not override the general no-refund policy for successfully processed subscriptions.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this refund policy, that your subscription fee is non-refundable, and that AIR Homoeo does not guarantee any specific exam rank or admission outcome. You confirm that you are making this purchase voluntarily and with full awareness of these terms.
