AIAPGET 2026: Documents Required for MD (Hom.) Admission
The complete checklist of AIAPGET 2026 counselling documents for AACCC All India Quota admission. Tick each document as you arrange it, and read the key rules before you report to your allotted college.
Round 1: Registration 26 Oct to 1 Nov 2026 (till 2 PM) · Choice filling till 1 Nov (11:55 PM) · Result 3 Nov · Reporting 4 to 13 Nov 2026.
At AACCC registration (online): no documents are uploaded. Use the same mobile number, email and details you gave NTA. Pay from your own or a parent’s account, because the security deposit is refunded only to the same account.
At the allotted college: carry all originals + 3 sets of self-attested photocopies + scanned copies of every original on your phone or a pen drive.
Items tagged Some colleges are not on the AACCC list but are asked for by some institutes (for example, NIH Kolkata). Carry them to be safe.

!Important Points
- Originals are compulsory. If your originals are with another college, you will not be admitted on an undertaking or a colour photocopy. The only exception is a delayed Provisional Degree Certificate (Annexure-VII undertaking, original by 28 November 2026).
- Domicile certificate is not needed for AIQ seats. It is needed only for state quota.
- OBCs listed only in the state list cannot claim reservation in AIQ.
- Without a valid OBC-NCL / EWS certificate (Central format, issued on or after 1 April 2026), you cannot take admission on a reserved seat. If you were allotted a UR seat, your category is changed to UR for all later rounds.
- Internship must be completed on or before 31 October 2026.
- Make sure your name and date of birth match on every document.
- Want a better seat in the next round? Submit willingness for upgradation at the time of reporting, or you cannot be upgraded later.
- Collect the online admission letter from the college. Offline admissions are not recognised by AACCC.
- Round 3 and Stray Vacancy Round seats must be joined, or you become ineligible for all AYUSH PG counselling this year.
- Candidates who have already completed MD (Hom.) are not eligible.
- Check your allotted college’s website for any extra documents before reporting.
?Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to upload documents during AACCC PG registration?
No. AACCC does not ask for any document uploads at registration. Your details are taken from the NTA AIAPGET record. All documents are verified physically at the allotted college.
Is a domicile certificate required for AIQ MD (Hom.) seats?
No. All India Quota seats are domicile-free, as per Ministry of Ayush letter L-18020/2/2023-EP-I dated 26.05.2023. A domicile certificate is needed only for state quota counselling.
What happens if my OBC-NCL or EWS certificate is old or in state format?
It depends on the seat you were allotted. On an OBC or EWS seat, you will not be permitted to take admission without a valid certificate (AACCC FAQ 29). On a UR seat, the college changes your category to UR on the portal, and you are treated as UR in all later rounds (FAQ 35 and 36). OBC-NCL and EWS certificates must be in the Central Government format and issued on or after 1 April 2026.
Can I take admission with a colour photocopy if my originals are with another college?
No. AACCC states that candidates without original certificates will not be admitted, even with an undertaking or a colour photocopy. Collect your originals before reporting.
How many photographs are required for AACCC PG admission?
Carry 8 passport-size colour photographs that are the same as the one used in your AIAPGET form, plus 4 stamp-size photographs.
What is the internship completion cut-off for AIAPGET 2026?
The cut-off was extended to 31 October 2026. Your Internship Completion Certificate must show the start and end dates.
